Customs and VAT on Saudi orders
The delivery page says ASOS covers VAT when the order enters the country, while the customer pays any other duties and taxes. The customs page adds that orders over 1000 SAR are held in the UK until the charges are paid, and the delivery partner sends an SMS or email for ID checks and payment details. You have 7 days to pay or the order goes back to ASOS. ASOS cannot pay or refund these charges for you, so make sure your mobile number and email are correct when you check out.
