Does FWRD ship to Saudi Arabia?
Yes, you can order from Saudi Arabia. The "Ship To" menu on the official site includes the Kingdom, and the currency menu offers the Saudi riyal for displaying prices. The official shipping page says orders abroad are delivered together with a local carrier, and that every parcel travels with tracking.
The tracking link arrives in your order confirmation email. Orders placed late on a Friday or during a holiday are processed by the carrier on the next business day.
FWRD offers and coupons on Rajli
At the top of this page Rajli lists FWRD's current offers and coupons for Saudi Arabia, each with its start date, end date and conditions. What you see there is the reference; this page explains how the store itself works.
FWRD announces its reductions in a promotional banner at the top of its pages, and when an offer needs a code, the code is printed in the banner and entered at checkout. The site also has a sale section with size filters, a loyalty program tied to the customer account, and menus that sometimes advertise triple points on selected designers for members. The official payment page adds that gift certificates never expire and can be combined with promotions. Before paying, compare the total in your bag, and remember that each offer's terms set the eligible items and any minimum spend.

What FWRD sells
The site splits shopping into women and men, with a kids section and a sale section alongside. Women's covers clothing, dresses, shoes, bags, accessories, jewellery, watches, beauty and home. Men's covers clothing, shoes, accessories and grooming. A link to FWRD Renew, the pre-owned section, sits in the bags menu.
Designers visible in the site menus include Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Tom Ford, Jacquemus, Burberry and The Row. On the men's side you will see names such as Stone Island, Fear of God, Amiri and Maison Margiela.
Occasion dresses, shoes and sizes
The dresses menu is organised around real occasions: wedding guest, night out, cocktail party, for the bride and birthday, plus vacation dresses. Shoes run from heels and boots to flats, sandals and sneakers. On the sale pages you can filter by size from XXS to XXL, and men's shoe sizes from 7 to 13.
Delivery, tracking and customs for Saudi addresses
Delivery is free from US$100 according to the official shipping table, and the final fee and arrival date appear on the payment page once your address is entered. The shipping page gives different time estimates in different sections, so rely on what you see at checkout.
The official page warns that international parcels may be subject to customs duties and taxes, and that exemption limits are set by local customs, so check the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority website before ordering something expensive. The international orders section adds that these charges are prepaid at checkout and are non-refundable, so read the final total carefully.
Paying in dollars: what it means for Saudi shoppers
FWRD shows prices in riyals to make comparison easier, but the official payment page confirms that items are priced and charged in US dollars. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB, as well as PayPal. Cards from local banks that carry none of those logos will not be accepted by the payment processor, and the page suggests PayPal instead.
The payment page mentions neither instalments nor cash on delivery, so do not assume either until you see them at checkout. It also advises asking your bank about exchange rates. Store credit and gift certificates are accepted, and the page says gift certificates never expire and can be combined with promotions.
Returns and exchanges from Saudi Arabia
FWRD accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unworn with their original tags. FWRD applies a seasonal policy for 2026: between 1 November and 25 December it accepts returns after the 30 days, as long as they reach it before 10 January.
The official page states that international returns and exchanges come without a prepaid label or a refund of return shipping, so price that cost in before buying. Returns are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Some pieces may be marked Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We found nothing on the official page confirming Skynet pick-up inside Saudi Arabia, so ask support before sending anything back.
Contacting FWRD support
The Contact Us page lists service@fwrd.com, a web form and live chat. It says support runs 24 hours Monday to Friday, and from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific time on Saturday and Sunday. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 60 days of purchase.
FWRD and REVOLVE: two stores, one group
FWRD and REVOLVE belong to Revolve Group according to the official terms of use for both sites. To compare options, see the REVOLVE page on Rajli.
