Does Kizik ship to Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Orders from kizik-sa.com are delivered to your address in the Kingdom, and the site is run by Alyasra Fashion as the brand's independent distributor. Standard shipping costs SAR 18 on orders under SAR 250 and is free from SAR 250, with delivery quoted at 2 to 4 working days.
One order can be split into several shipments depending on where items are fulfilled. The total shown at checkout is the figure to rely on.
How do you use a Kizik promo code in Saudi Arabia?
Copy the code from the top of this page, add your shoes to the kizik-sa.com cart and go to checkout. Paste the code into the discount field, press apply, and check that the total dropped before you confirm the order.
If the total does not change, read the code's conditions under the offer: codes can be tied to certain models or to a minimum basket. The store also runs its own promotions on selected styles from time to time, so read each offer's terms and do not assume two offers combine.
What makes a Kizik shoe hands-free?
A flexible cage at the heel compresses as your foot goes in, then springs back to hold it, so there is no bending, no pulling on the tongue and no crushing the heel. Kizik names its technologies Cage, Internal Cage, Flex Arc and Unified, and its story page cites dozens of patents granted or pending and more than 30,000 compression tests.
Which Kizik model fits how you use it?
The Saudi store lists men's, women's and kids' shoes. A few model names and what the site says about them:
- Athens 2: built for a busy, on-the-move lifestyle, with comfort and reliable traction.
- Madrid 2: a casual all-day shoe with a four-way stretch knit upper.
- Freedom Run and Freedom Trail: hands-free running shoes; Kizik calls Freedom Run its first.
- Kids Athens 2: a kids' version that children can put on by themselves.
The range also includes Siena, Vegas 2, Prague 2, Monaco and Lima 2. Listed prices run from SAR 199 to SAR 625 in the catalogue shown in November 2026.
How do you pick a Kizik size?
Open the official size guide: it has US, UK, EU and centimetre tables for women and men, plus separate kids' charts. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe in centimetres and match it to the centimetre row rather than relying on a number from another brand.
Kizik says its shoes are tested to fit standard industry sizing. If you fall between two sizes, take the one closest to your measured length, and remember returns are open for 14 days.
Can you pay in instalments with Tamara or Tabby?
The store's top banner announces that Tamara or Tabby can be used on a buy-now-pay-later basis. The options appear at checkout when your order qualifies, and the instalment limit and terms are set by the provider, not by Kizik or Rajli. Any other payment methods available to you are shown on the checkout page itself.
How do returns and exchanges work from Saudi Arabia?
Kizik accepts returns within 14 days of the invoice date inside the Kingdom, provided the shoes are unworn, in original condition and come with the box and extras, per the official exchanges and returns page. You contact the store and arrange a pickup from your address.
| Service | Details |
|---|
| Return one pair | SAR 18 for the courier to collect from your address |
| Exchange one pair | SAR 36 in total: SAR 18 to collect and SAR 18 to deliver the replacement |
| Refund | Full price back to your card with no restocking fee; shipping fees are not refunded |
| When the money lands | Up to 14 days after the refund is processed |
How do you reach customer service?
Shoppers in Saudi Arabia can call the centre on 011 821 1799 or write to help@cs.alyasra.com, the number and address printed on the official contact page. Have your order number and invoice ready to speed things up.
A quick checklist before you pay
- Paste the code into the discount field and press apply before confirming payment.
- Check shipping: SAR 18 is added under SAR 250 and drops off from that amount.
- Match your foot length in centimetres to the official size guide.
- Pick Tamara or Tabby if you want to split the payment and the option is shown.
- Keep the invoice, because the return window counts from its date.
