- Copy the right code from the top of the page, then open Justlife from the store button.
- Set your location in Riyadh or Jeddah when asked where you want the service.

Which Saudi cities does Justlife serve?
Justlife serves Riyadh and Jeddah, the two cities listed under Saudi Arabia on its official site and on its Saudi App Store page.
Other cities such as Dammam, Makkah or Madinah do not appear in the current list. Because the booking starts with the question "Where would you like to receive your service?", set your location first, before you rely on any coupon, so you know the service reaches your neighbourhood.
What services can I book with Justlife in Saudi Arabia?
The Saudi site puts home cleaning and pest control up front, and Justlife describes itself as a super app that brings several home services together.
The app description mentions a wider range, including salon and spa, laundry, handyman work, A/C cleaning and lab tests at home. What you see may differ from city to city, and the available list appears after you set your location. The sections below cover the booking terms for home cleaning: duration, materials, payment and cancellation.
How much does a Justlife booking cost?
The minimum visit in Saudi Arabia is 4 hours, and the price appears after you choose the service details, date and time, and set your location.
Justlife does not publish a fixed price list on its Saudi page, because each booking is priced separately. Check the total on the payment page to confirm it includes tax, since that total is the final reference before you confirm.
Cleaning materials cost SAR 10 per hour per cleaner, so a 6-hour visit with one cleaner adds SAR 60. If you prefer to supply your own, Justlife suggests having a vacuum cleaner, a mop and bucket, a multi-purpose spray, floor cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, microfibre cloths and sponges.
Does Justlife serve single men or bachelor flats?
No. In Saudi Arabia Justlife only serves family homes, and an adult woman over 18 must be present during the visit, according to its official FAQ.
Justlife sources its cleaners through licensed human resources companies, including Mueen, Esad, JawaHR and Al Falak, and says these partnerships are approved by the relevant authorities. You can rebook your favourite cleaner from the app, and Justlife recommends a package so the same cleaner turns up for your recurring visits.
How do you pay, and when is the money taken?
Payment on Justlife Saudi Arabia is by credit card, and the FAQ lists no other method. If you prefer mada or Apple Pay, check which options appear on the payment page.
When your appointment is less than 7 days away, Justlife places a hold on your card and only charges it after the session is completed. If the appointment is more than 7 days away, the amount is taken when you create the booking, because a card hold cannot last longer than 7 days. If you cancel before the start time, the hold is released, which usually takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancelling is free within 15 minutes of ordering or 6 hours or more before the appointment, and fees then rise to 100% for cancellations less than 2 hours before.
| When you cancel | Fee |
|---|---|
| Up to 15 minutes after ordering | Free |
| 6 hours or more before the appointment | Free |
| Between 2 and 6 hours before | 50% cancellation fee and 25% rescheduling fee |
| Less than 2 hours before | 100% cancellation fee and 50% rescheduling fee |
| Missed appointment | 100% cancellation fee and 50% rescheduling fee |
For recurring packages, once one or more appointments have been completed, the remaining ones cannot be cancelled or refunded. These figures come from the FAQ on the Saudi site, and the terms page may add details, so read it before you book.
How do refunds work after a cancellation?
Justlife offers two options: a refund to your bank account within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank, or instant credit in your Justlife wallet that stays valid for 60 days from the cancellation date.
If the booking was only a hold on your card, meaning an appointment less than 7 days away, no real charge is made and the hold is usually released within 1 to 5 business days. Wallet credit expires, so spend it before the deadline.
How do I contact Justlife in Saudi Arabia?
The quickest route is the Help centre on the site or the email wecare@justlife.com, and Justlife says it replies within one business day.
The Saudi contact page shows no phone number or WhatsApp line. The brand also runs a Saudi Instagram account called justlifeksa, and there is a Contact Us page on the same site.
Why is my Justlife code not working?
The usual reasons are that the booking does not meet the offer conditions, the code was typed with a wrong letter or space, or the offer has ended.
- Copy the code instead of typing it, and make sure there is no space before or after it.
- Check the offer conditions at the top of the page: service type, minimum order and customer eligibility.
- Try another code from the list if your account has a different condition.
- Email Justlife at its official address if you see an error at checkout that you cannot explain.
