How to redeem
- Open Amazon Saudi Arabia from the Rajli offer link and make sure the account you use has an active Prime membership.
- Pick eligible products worth SAR 100 or more.
- Option one: on the product page, open the offers drop-down and press «Redeem» before adding the item to your basket.
- Option two: at checkout add your Bank AlJazira card with its CVV and name, press «Add and continue», then «Continue», and enter the code AJB30 in the promo code window.
- Check the discount in the order summary before you confirm payment.
Note: do not do both. If you press Redeem on the product page and then also type the code at checkout, you will get an error.
Products that are excluded
The offer covers products sold by Amazon.sa or by third-party sellers on Amazon.sa, except:
- Wireless devices such as mobile phones
- All Amazon Global Store products sold by other Amazon entities, including the US, Germany and the UK
- Amazon.sa and Helpbit gift cards
- Digital software and video games
- Baby food
- Amazon Fresh and Amazon Now products
- Staples such as rice, water, milk and oils
- Some selected photography films
When does the discount reach its cap?
30% of a SAR 500 basket is SAR 150, which is the maximum. Spending more than SAR 500 does not raise the discount above SAR 150, so it usually makes sense to group your purchases into a single order close to that amount.
Check before you pay
Make sure your Prime membership is active, the card is a Bank AlJazira credit card that is not a low-limit card, and the basket holds only eligible products. If you use several cards on one account only the first card used in the period counts, and if one card is used on several accounts only the first account counts.
If the code is refused
Work through it in order: check Prime status, then the card type, then remove excluded items, then confirm you did not already press Redeem, and confirm the payment method is not cash on delivery. If you are not a Prime member, there is a separate Bank AlJazira offer for you with 20% off up to SAR 100, listed on the Amazon page in Rajli. Amazon may change or withdraw the offer, and the discount is not refunded if an order is cancelled.
