Can you return beauty products? Returns in Saudi Arabia
Returns are free for 30 days on most items, but Ounass does not take back beauty products, including skincare, fragrance, makeup and haircare, unless they arrive damaged from shipping in original packaging. Check your shade and skin type before paying.
- The official page calls it a "no questions asked" free return, within the product conditions.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, with the order confirmation; shoes must be brand new with no scuffs.
Returns are collected from your address through My Orders, and the item value comes back without the original delivery fee. Card refunds take 5 to 14 working days through your bank, and cash-on-delivery orders become store credit valid for 24 months. Size exchanges are not offered on the Saudi site, so you return the piece and reorder.
Payment and instalments: mada, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery
Ounass Saudi Arabia accepts mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, cash on delivery and store credit, with Tabby and Tamara for instalments. PayPal charges in US dollars.
Cash on delivery is capped at SAR 7,500 with a SAR 25 fee, and you must confirm by SMS within 3 days or the order is cancelled. Tabby covers purchases from SAR 10 to SAR 6,500 and Tamara from SAR 1 to SAR 5,000, under each provider's terms. Bank instalments apply to credit cards only. The checkout page is the final reference.
How do Ounass promo codes work, and why might one fail?
An Ounass promo code works once, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with any other offer, and only one code applies per order, according to the terms and conditions. If the discount does not appear, check the expiry, the terms and whether the item is already marked down.
